Officers and other members of AFT Local 1904 attended today's AFTNJ Legislative Conference today in New Brunswick. The featured speaker was New Jersey Secretary of Higher Education, Zakiya Smith Ellis.

As the University prepares to close due to snowfall and icy road conditions predicted for that afternoon and evening...Union brrr-others Harry Haines, Rich Wolfson (President, AFT Local 1904), Grover Furr, and Brian Abrams (Vice President for Internal Affairs, AFT Local 1904) show up for the Local's weekly Solidarity Walk.

Local's 1904 and 6025 Represent at the 2019 Women's March on Washington

On Saturday, January 19th, 2019, officers and members of AFT Local 1904 and 6025 traveled to Washington for the 2019 Women's March, to demonstrate continued solidarity with many others fighting for social justice.
